Terms of use

BeTheReds is a free, independent fan community and simulation game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Manchester United Football Club. Features may change or be paused, especially those that depend on licensed data.

You need to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. One person, one account: duplicate accounts used to influence votes or rankings will be removed. Keep your password secure.

Simulated results, ratings, valuations and AI analysis are model-generated estimates and hypothetical scenarios. They are not facts, forecasts or professional advice, and you shouldn't rely on them for any real-world decision.

There is no real-money betting, wagering, cash-out or prize of any kind. Don't use the site to promote gambling services.

• No abuse, harassment, threats or hate speech, including towards players, staff or other fans.
• No spam, advertising or scams.
• Don't present rumours or simulations as confirmed facts.
• Only post content you have the right to share. No official club crests, photos or footage.
• Don't manipulate votes, rankings or the simulation (bots, scripts, multiple accounts).

You keep ownership of what you post. You give BeTheReds a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, share and adapt it on the service (for example on line-up and simulation cards) for as long as it is on the site.

Content reported by several users may be hidden automatically while a moderator reviews it. Moderators may hide content, mute posting, block voting or suspend accounts. You can appeal any sanction from Settings, and a moderator will review it.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on simulations or AI analysis. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you on the site before they take effect.
